I had to do a tutorial in my Digital Illustration class on how to make an animated GIF in Photoshop. Here’s what I made with the “make frames from layers” function.
I made the horse galloping using the frames from Edweard Muybridge’s “The Horse in Motion.”
This butterfly I drew. (Morphos are my favorite. They’re so shiny!)
I’m taking a digital illustration class, and this is one of the assignments from it – we were practicing combining a traditional drawing (a trio of celebrity portraits) with traditional/scanned textures in Photoshop. I did the three leads in the “Vampire Diaries” tv show.
Hi friends! I have just opened a Storenvy store so you have access to the minicomics I’ve been working on lately. Check it out in the link on the side!
(Or go HERE!)
More items will be added soon. 🙂
Comic-ized my friend Gwynne for her birthday. I like how it turned out.
Some character designs for a project for my concept design class.
Here are the pages from my Inking class final. It’s a mini-comic I call “Ajax & Achilles,” featuring an as-yet-unintroduced character from “Muse.” (Spoilers. Sorry.) There was supposed to be dialogue, but I ran out of time for class purposes, and frankly, it reads just fine without. So that’s what you get! It’s been inked in Manga Studio 5.
A project for my Props, Environments, and Structures class last quarter. I had to design a vehicle so as to fit into the visual aesthetic of an existing franchise. I made a Goa’uld ship from the show “Stargate SG-1.” The real Goa’uld ships all have an Egyptian aesthetic, and have aspects of bugs (beetles/scarabs, really) and other Egyptian animals. I decided my ship would be a cargo-type ship of the crocodile-headed god Sobek. I think it ended up looking like a cross between a crocodile, a bug, and a duck.
Front and back, top and bottom.
